Do the Pitching Rules Change as you progress though the different classifications (D - Majors)?

This is a common misconception.

I want to reinforce that the pitching rules DO NOT change as you move through the different classifications (D – Majors). (with one exception for 9-Man Majors - the crossover is allowed).

I want to reinforce this point. If you are playing ASA 10-Man Modified Pitching rules, the Pitching regulations are EXACTLY the same in D through Majors!
